DO YOU OFFER DIRECT BILLING?

Direct billing is available for massage therapy services. While we will make every effort to process your direct billing request, occasionally we are unable to process insurance claims on your behalf due to circumstances beyond our control. In these rare occurances, please be prepared to make payment at the time of treatment and a receipt will be provided to submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider. 

Direct billing is not available for manual osteopathy. A receipt will be provided for to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider before your appointment to ensure they cover osteopathy treatments from CMMOTA association. 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are a cashless business. We accept debit, credit, google pay, apple pay, and e-transfer.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

No, you do not need a doctors note to book a massage or osteopathy appointment. Although, your insurance company may require a doctors note. Please confirm with your insurance company prior to booking an appointment.
